Beautiful scenery on the way to the river

What a lovely place this is

There's the river, and a group getting ready to launch

A cluster of rafters listens to the guide's instructions

Unloading the bus and stretching our legs

Dave's ready for the waves

No, I'm not taking that camera with me

Down the first rapid, watching the next raft follow us

Dave and Lorin cooling off in some less turbulent water

One of the other rafts precedes us through a rapid section

Dave enjoying the trip

Lorin having some fun

Rafts ahead of us, heading into a rapid

Dave and Lorin in the raft; the safety assistant in his kayak

Stopping at this bend for lunch

Finding out what's around that next bend

Enjoying a rest on the rafts after lunch

Crashing through a waterfall

No matter how steep the canyon walls, there were trees growing there

The other raft catches up with us; I think they're enjoying themselves

Entering the Two Mountains Gorge

Water cascades down the sides of the gorge - heavenly

Crossing the gorge on this bridge would be exciting

Cruising under the disused railway bridge at the end

A neat flower near the lodge at the end

Tropical plants and creaky shacks - must be the Third World

Backlit banana leaf - thanks Lorin

An iguana climbing on a tree at the lodge

The iguana, a little closer
